Our Organic Sourdough Sandwich Buns are everything a bun should be: tender inside, sturdy enough to hold fillings, and rich with the flavor of long fermentation. Naturally leavened and made with organic ingredients, these buns were born out of a real need when a local chef asked Maryanna to create a healthier, real-food option for their restaurant’s sandwiches.

Each bun is hand-shaped and baked fresh in small batches. You’ll taste the slow rise and simple ingredients in every bite. Ideal for family burgers, pulled pork, chicken salad sandwiches, or picnic spreads where the bun shouldn’t be an afterthought.
