Our Organic Artisan Sourdough Bread is as simple and clean as bread gets. Just three ingredients - organic flour, water, and salt - come together through slow fermentation and careful shaping to create a loaf that’s deeply flavorful and satisfying.

With a caramelized crust and airy interior, it’s perfect for toast, sandwiches, or soaking up the last bit of soup in your bowl. This is the loaf that launched Baked & Free, inspired by Maryanna’s Amish upbringing and reimagined for her own family. What began as a gift to neighbors quickly became a community staple.

Baked in small batches in our home bakery, every loaf is shaped by hand and cold fermented for 18-36 hours. There are no preservatives, no commercial yeast - just tradition, care, time, and love.

STORAGE AND FREEZING TIPS

Store at room temperature for 2–3 days. Slice and freeze for longer storage. Toast directly from frozen or reheat a whole loaf in a 350°F oven for 10 minutes.
