This loaf came to life from customer cravings and Maryanna’s willingness to experiment with bold, clean ingredients. Each loaf is shaped by hand, fermented for over 18 hours, and baked fresh each week in small batches. If you’re looking for something with personality, this is the one.

STORAGE AND FREEZING TIPS

For best results enjoy your bread within 2-3 days of purchase. For longer storage slice and freeze. Toast slices directly from frozen or thaw and warm whole loaf in oven at 350* for 10-15 min for a freshly baked taste baked taste.
